Last night was just so great.
I love Robby and Randy. Even if they’re mean to me.
And I love Nikki and was happy to see her for the first time in over a month.
And I LOVE Motion City Soundtrack and was thrilled to see them for the 17th time and will NEVER STOP LOVING THEM EVER.
And I like that I always run into other people I know at their shows because I make friends there or my friends have good taste in music. And I like that I recognize nearly half of the crowd every time I see them because I’ve seen them so many times.
And I enjoy that they played the basement of the Rave instead of their usual room, it made it smaller, more intimate, and something different.
And I made a boy dance with me.
And Motion City little brother Michael got in a fight with a jackass and I had to hold back Nikki from helping him.
And I got a setlist.
And talked to Justin after and even though I’ve meet him enough times, I still blurt out “Hey you’re my favorite band ever, I’ve seen you 17 times, I have a Motion City tattoo and I love you and thanks” and he wrote “Holy cats! 17 times is insane - ly awesome!” with his signiture and his faaace on the setlist and I just, it’s so perfect.
Now I really want to go see them Friday in Chicago even though money.
The best fucking night.
Motion City added a Milwaukee date so I don’t have to drive out to Chicago. Those guys never let me down.
This fall tours are killing me. Especially October.
September 15th - Rock The Green OR Riotfest
October 10th - Bayside w/ Taking Back Sunday
October 11th - Say Anything
October 12th - Motion City Soundtrack

I heard from a friend that the closest Best Buy, Walmart, and Target didn’t have Go but I tried Best Buy anyway. I found a friend working there and she happened to be looking for the same cd and was about to go in back to find them. I demanded she bring me one (nicely) and she did! Hooray :D

ALSO. Less than a month ‘til they play Summerfest. I look forward to buying more of their merch which I don’t need but will probably buy anyway.

I’ve got Miniature Tigers and Fun. on the 29th, K Flay on the the 3rd, and of course Motion City Soundtrack on the 5th. Super excited!
10 days til Buzznet meetup in the Dells.
12 days til I can buy Motion City Soundtrack’s new album.
13 days til I go to Chicago for the day with Erica to see CONAN.
14 days til I start my 3rd job (Just babysitting tacked onto housekeeping and babysitting for the usual kids).
45 days til new Breaking Bad.

I love True Romance, but as someone on Facebook said, this is much more what I was expecting from Go! I love it times a billion, IT’S JUST SO GOOD. I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
